Terms of Use

The parent portal is for parents and legal guardians of enrolled children. By using it you confirm you're the parent or guardian of any child whose details you enter. Children don't have their own accounts, and staff accounts are for academy team members only.

Please keep your login private and your information up to date, and let us know at cyso.solutions.ltd@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed your account. You're responsible for activity under your login.

Enrolling a child commits you to the pay plan you choose. Fees are shown in euro at the price set when you enrol, and we invoice on your plan's schedule (with Cyprus VAT shown where it applies). Please pay by the due date using the methods we offer. Card payments are handled by our payment provider — we don't store your card details.

Class schedules, groups and trainers can change for practical reasons, and we'll give reasonable notice where we can. Our cancellation and refund terms are set by the academy — just ask cyso.solutions.ltd@gmail.com if you have a question.

You can leave anytime. When you do, we delete or anonymise your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, keeping only the financial records the law requires. Outstanding invoices still need to be settled.

Please don't enter information you're not allowed to share, try to access records that aren't yours, or misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do. In return, we provide the app with reasonable care — though, like any online service, we can't promise it will never have a hiccup.

These terms cover your use of the app itself. Safety and conduct during physical training sessions are covered by the academy's separate enrolment and safety agreement. Nothing here removes the rights you have as a consumer under Cyprus and EU law.
